Newpol Psychological Services, PLLC provides assessment services to adults and geriatric patients.  

Areas of focus include personality and relationship assessments, career assessments, gender affirming and bariatric surgery letters, and alcohol and drug testing (CLIA ID 23D2055093).

Personality and Relationship Assessments provide insights into our long term styles of interacting, preferences, challenges under stress, and partnering problems.  These tests can help in a wide variety of settings from personal to professional roles.  Once we understand more about our patterns of interacting, we can problem solve relational challenges.  Do you have long standing patterns of relationship difficulties with coworkers, family members, neighbors, etc?  Do you have problems getting along with a certain gender or age group?  Have you been in multiple rounds of therapy with different clinicians and these patterns still exist?  Are you tired of taking test after test touted on social media to answer all of your problems with the latest trendy label?  Why not take a few tests that can only be administered by licensed psychologists and get some real science involved in the solution?

Career Assessments provide insights into our values, preferences, motivations, aptitudes, skills, strengths, and weaknesses as they relate to success and employment options.  By using science, we hope to better match people to work environments.  This may help before you spend money on an advanced degree or certificate program, or say yes to that promotion or new job offer.  Do you wonder why you hate your job when friends/family tell you it’s a dream role?  Why not take a few tests and see what you learn?

 

Assessment Package $850.00

Our package (personality OR career focus) includes an initial online session to discuss what you hope to learn, online administration of several widely respected tests that can only be given by licensed psychologists, and a final online session to discuss results and next steps.  While these tests will not identify the EXACT life partner or specific job for you, the results will point you toward a clearer path forward.  You will gain knowledge that will lead to problem solving.

Insurance

In most cases insurance will not cover these services because they aren’t medically necessary.  We do not submit claims for assessment services but will provide a receipt (Superbill) to you after payment has been collected.  You then have the option to submit the claim via your insurance portal.

Dr. Newpol focused on ADHD in her doctoral training, and will use this knowledge as well as other neuropsychological training in order to fine tune recommendations in your assessments if you carry any such diagnoses.
